This "Mesh product" from ETC Supplies is a water soluble mesh film. It is different from the EasySol H20 product which is a clear film that dissolves in cold water. This product has the advantage of being easier to handle as it lays flat without curling. The embossed calendared grid pattern prevents curling.

This is a thick water soluble film. You may need to use hot water to dissolve this film.

You can use these products as a topping and it is easily removed by cold water.
